I was flipping through Entertainment Weekly and came upon an ad for PETA saying "I'm Paul McCartney and I'm a vegetarian," which made me ask myself: could I ever be a vegetarian? The quick answer would be no. I would miss eating salad with chicken, or making pasta with meat sauce. I would worry about my protein levels and force myself to take multi-vitamins.
But really, I know that being a vegetarian is possible. I'm not a fan of To-furky or anything tofu, but I could eat an occasional Boca burger. I could supplement my diet with more fish, beans, and nuts. One of my best friends is a vegetarian, and she's healthy. So maybe it is possible. Would you be a vegetarian?

Nope. Not unless I had to. There's some days when ya just gotta have some meat to eat.

I'm pretty sure I could.
About a year and a half ago, I made a conscious effort to significantly reduce the amount of meat I eat. And it wasn't really any problem. I'm not veg by any means, but I eat little enough meat to know that I could do it.
I've grown to absolutely love beans!
